CLASS DESCRIPTION

BODY SCULPTING: 

Body Sculpting is a total body wworkout using dumbbells, straight bars, risers, etc.  Each track/song is choreographed to focus on different parts of the body.  The instructor will instruct you with good posture and technique that will not only help you get results but prevent injury.

ELONGATE:  

Functional stretching for everyday people, with the goal of improving flexibility, range of motion, and to help alleviate soreness after tough workouts

FIT OVER 50:

This class will focus on functional and balance training to keep your body active.  Like they say, "if you don't use it, you lose it," well this class will prevent you from losing it.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Burn those calories by combining martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.You won’t even realize you’re “working out” as you sweat to the beats. Such a fun way to burn calories while you develop better coordination, rhythm, flexibility and most importantly, self-expression! Come join this amazing/fun class!

PHYSIQUE

This class is a total body, total fitness class that will push you to your limits.  Body weight exercises will be incorporated to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning.  Free weights, tubing/bands, stability balls, TRX, running, spinning bikes, will be used combining the intensity of weight training, core strength and cardiovascular training. 

SPINNING: 

A typical class involves an instructor who leads the participants through routines that are designed to simulate terrain and situations similar to riding a bike outdoors. Some of the movements and positions include hill climbs, sprints and interval training. The instructor uses music, motivation and enthusiastic coaching to lead students through a ride that best suits their fitness level and goals.

X-FIT:

High intense cardio/weight interval training challenging all muscle groups and core.  All exercise level are welcome from beginer to advance.

FLOW YOGA:

Is a YOGA in which poses smoothly run together and is one of the most popular contemporary styles of yoga.
